Service Description

Phone, Skype and Zoom sessions are available for those of you who are long distance or unable to make it to the office location. Remote sessions are just as effective as in person. Once you complete your session booking, I will send you instructions for how the session will be conducted and ways you can prepare for it. Your first visit* consists of cognitive discussion, the theory of mind and an in-depth analysis of your hypnotic left brain or right brain suggestibility. You will review how hypnosis can access your subconscious programming to reach desired goals. Michal will create a comfortable, hypnotic state using inductions, deepening techniques, guided imagery, post-hypnotic suggestions for success, focus and relaxation for positive results. *First Session: 90 minutes Each Additional Session: 55 minutes
